Genetic Variation:
There are many differences between one hercules beetle and another of the same species. Some have large bodies and large horns, some have small bodies and small horns, some have large body's, but small horns. This shows that horn size is not linked to body size. They are sometimes proprtional, but sometimes not. Another major variation is that some beetles have larger spots than others while others have smaller spots on their abdomens. One last difference between beetles of the same species is thats some beetles have larger and stronger wings than others, and therefore can fly farther.
